Music Video
🎬 5 Tips for preparing your music video
1. Define the concept or message you want to convey
Think about what you want the video to tell or make people feel. It could be a story, an emotion, or a visual atmosphere. If you have references from other videos you like, share them: they really help to align the creative vision.
2. Prepare your wardrobe and visual style
Your clothes, makeup, and accessories should match the style of the song and the visual concept. Avoid visible brands (unless they are part of your branding) and make sure you have changes if the script requires it.
3. Rehearse your performance in front of a mirror (or camera)
Even if you're used to singing or playing live, recording in front of a camera is different. Rehearse your expressions, movements, lip-syncing, and stage presence to flow better during filming.
4. Be punctual and respect the shooting schedule
Recording time is limited, and every take counts. Arrive early, review the schedule if there is one, and maintain a proactive attitude. The more focused we are, the better the results will be.
5. Trust the creative process
It's normal for some ideas to evolve on set. Trust my direction and the team: we're here to help you shine. The most important thing is that you enjoy the experience and give yourself over to the project.
